We must understand that in these times, good and evil does exist in our Universe. Some people say that only good exists, that we create evil ourselves.

I just know that there is both good and evil on this planet. Who can say what or who designs it?

But it is there. For me, it is naive to think that a small, innocent child or an elderly man or woman would consciously seek to create evil in their lives. Is it Karmic? Is it part of their Life's path? Are we being tested to see how we react to evil in our lives?

The most important thing to do is to protect yourself from the evil Energies out there. We always have that power. God has given to each of us the power to protect ourselves at all times from evil. Through prayer, meditation, and awareness, we can offer to ourselves the opportunity for Protection.

This Protection Prayer is basically short and sweet - I wrote it on a small piece of paper and keep it close to me. I hope you will do the same. This prayer will help you through times of worry, stress, frustration, anger, sadness, bad dreams, loss and fear.
